Welcome to the
BERKSHIRE LAKE LODGE
In March 2026, Peter fell in love with this charming 1955 hotel — and made it his own. After selling his nearby property, he poured his heart into a loving restoration, blending timeless character with cozy modern touches throughout the rooms, easier access to the lake, and beautifully refreshed grounds.
OUR WELCOME
Peter can’t wait to welcome you. His hope is simple: that every guest feels right at home, like the lake and the lodge are your own backyard. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, you’ll be treated like family.
THE SETTING
Set on 2.7 private acres with over 500 feet of shoreline, and just steps from the Appalachian Trail, this is a place to slow down and reconnect. Beautifully refreshed grounds and easier access to the lake invite you to step outside and fully immerse yourself in nature.
THE LODGE
Eight thoughtfully appointed guest rooms overlook the waters of Greenwater Pond, an 88-acre hidden gem. Each room is designed to frame tranquil lake views and the surrounding landscape, creating an intimate, peaceful, and restorative stay.
In addition, we have recently added a one-bedroom apartment to our property, featuring a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and more!
ON THE WATER
Enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat. Paddle out to the mid-pond swim area, explore the quiet coves, or spend a still morning fishing as the day begins.
GETTING HERE
Getting here is just as easy as settling in. The lodge is just minutes from Exit 10 (Lee) off I-90/Mass Pike, along scenic Jacob’s Ladder Road (Route 20). From here, you’ll have effortless access to the Berkshires’ most sought-after cultural, outdoor, and recreational destinations.
ON SHORE
Gather by the grill, unwind at the fire pit, and spend your evenings under the stars making s’mores and memories. It’s the perfect way to end a day of exploring, with good company and a little crackle of fire.
