Welcome to the

BERKSHIRE LAKE LODGE

In March 2025, Peter fell in love with this charming 1955 hotel — and made it his own. After selling his nearby property, he poured his heart into a loving restoration, blending timeless character with cozy modern touches throughout the rooms, easier access to the lake, and beautifully refreshed grounds. Peter can't wait to welcome you, and his hope is simple: that every guest feels right at home here, like the lake and the lodge are your own backyard.

Set across 2.7 private acres with over 500 feet of shoreline — and just steps from the Appalachian Trail — the property invites you to slow down, reconnect, and fully immerse yourself in nature. Overlooking the waters of Greenwater Pond, an 88-acre hidden gem, the lodge features an intimate collection of eight thoughtfully appointed guest rooms, each designed to frame tranquil lake views and the surrounding landscape for a peaceful, restorative stay.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat — perfect for exploring the water, reaching the mid-pond swim area, or spending a quiet morning fishing. Onshore, gather by the grill, unwind at the fire pit, and spend evenings under the stars making s'mores and memories.

And getting here is just as easy as settling in: the lodge is ideally located just minutes from Exit 10 (Lee) off I-90/Mass Pike and set along the scenic Jacob's Ladder Road (Route 20), offering effortless access to the Berkshires' most sought-after cultural, outdoor, and recreational destinations.
