Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Making a reservation, change to your reservation, or canceling your reservation.

Should you need to make a reservation, make a change to your reservation, or cancel your reservation, please reach out via email, the form on the Contact Us page, or through your reservation directly. We do not currently accept reservations by way of phone. All reservations, reservation changes, or cancellations must be processed in writing using the above listed methods.

10-DAY CANCELLATION 

Guarantee.

A percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (100%). A credit card is required at the time of booking. Taxes and fees are included.

Cancellation.

Cancel for free until 10 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies:

• If you cancel between 10 days and 24 hours before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
  
• If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.
  
• No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.
